Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, helpful luggage storage, and a cute restaurant. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. I look forward to returning for Christmas!

An enchanting experience with extraordinary staff who are always ready to assist. The sumptuous breakfast at the delightful bakery offered a delightful start to each day. Our spacious room was serene, boasting elegance with its charming high ceilings. While the pool area provided a calming atmosphere, it would have been nicer if it received more sunlight.

Pleasant Stay with Helpful Staff

Our stay for 3 nights was enhanced by the attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on, especially Sombok at the promenade. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool despite the city noise. Don't miss the croissants!

The stay at White Mansion was fantastic in many ways. The hotel is stunning, with its historic charm and elegant decor. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and remained helpful throughout my visit. My room was spacious, featuring comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. Breakfast at the French bakery was delightful with a good selection of pastries and fresh coffee. The atmosphere around the pool invites relaxation, but it gets busy and I noticed not enough sunbeds available during peak times. One downside was the bathroom. even though it had two sinks, it lacked a rain shower and the handheld shower setup felt very basic for a luxury hotel. The location is beautiful but quite a walk to the royal palace area, and the sidewalk conditions could be better. I appreciated the welcoming vibe of the hotel and the quality of service overall, yet improvements need to be made to enhance comfort in the bathrooms and to provide sufficient sunbeds for guests.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with a King Bed and wow, it was huge! The high ceilings made it feel even more spacious. It was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The decor was all colonial-style and lovely, but the view from the window wasn’t great—just some buildings and tin huts. Still, I wasn't there to stare out the window! Definitely a cozy spot to return to after a long day out.

White Mansion offers a charming stay filled with artistic details. My spacious room showcased a good blend of history and modernity. Breakfast featuring pastries from Eric Kayser delighted my mornings. Minor issues with the bathroom quality slightly detracted from my experience, but overall, it was a lovely retreat in Phnom Penh.

The hotel exudes a charming historical vibe, and I loved being just a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace and a few steps away from amazing dining spots like Magnolia Vietnamese Restaurant, where I enjoyed some delightful meals during my stay.

Excellent service from the staff, always friendly and helpful. Our room had a weird layout. low ceilings made it uncomfortable. Breakfast at the bakery was fantastic—highly recommend the crepes. Happy hour drinks were a nice touch too.
